Nish Shan developed his appreciation for real estate through a city he sees enormous potential in – Toronto. Growing up here he watched as the market exploded and construction projects popped up everywhere, offering new promise and a bounty of options to property seekers. His decision as a young adult to invest himself fuelled his ambition.

After obtaining his degree from Ryerson University in Industrial Engineering, he went on to work as a business process engineering consultant, navigating through tiers of corporate politics to gain insight that would further his skill set.

Nish’s approach to real estate is humane and altruistic. He sincerely enjoys helping people, is a good listener and will never push a transaction on anyone. He brings a young and energetic perspective to clients looking to lease, list or buy. Business minded and good with numbers, he excels with streamlining process and coordinating all the bits and pieces to make seeing the big picture easier to see.

He understands how investments work, how to negotiate and how to save time and money. He is widely reputed for his decency, diligence and commitment to always doing his homework. He is a member with both the Ontario Real Estate Association and the Canadian Real Estate Association.
